Permanent hair reduction is achieved when
the cells responsible for growing new hair
are disabled. The 1064 nm wavelength, or
alternatively, pulses of light at specific
wavelengths, can target the pigment in hair
follicles which absorb the light energy as
heat.
Advantages:
1064 nm wavelength can safely and
effectively treat the face and neck in very dark
skin, including skin types V & VI.
Specific wavelengths of light can target both
finer and coarser hair as well as lighter hair,
on all skin types.
Different spot sizes and concentrations of
